Order process
1. Do you provide samples or pictures to confirm whether it can be done? Online product pictures and prices are for reference only, the actual price will be adjusted according to your size, thickness and quantity of the product. Please be sure to communicate with us before placing an order to ensure consistency of color and quality.
2. Wait for the verification of our factory, if there is in stock, direct payment to the delivery.
3. If there is no stock, customized products are needed. After the price is confirmed by both parties, you need to pay 30% deposit or the full amount, so that we can arrange production.
4. If you need proofing, you should provide pre-production sample to us, and we will charge a certain percentage of proofing fee. Sample under acquisition
We can produce the bulk goods only after you agree.
5. Both parties will discuss the delivery date. When the goods are ready, we will inform you to pay 70% of the balance, which can be paid by Alipay and remittance transfer. If you need to reconfirm the sample, we can provide it again.
6. We will inform you as soon as the goods are shipped. Or SMS inform the tracking number, pick-up phone and other information.
